Welcome
We discovered Silken Windhounds in March, 2004 as we searched for a companion for our 3-year old rescue Greyhound, Lady. By that July, we had purchased Shadow (NAKC Int. Ch.,SRC Allagante Evening Wind) from Allagante Silkens in Oregon. Shadow became a great friend to Lady and to us. In April, 2009, we were blessed with Whisper (NAKC Int. Ch. Rubia’s White Moon Heart) from Karen at Rubia Hounds.
Our Silkens are wonderful friends—they are entertaining, amusing and fun! Whether it is a day at the beach or a weekend of racing, we love sharing our lives with our Silkens and Greyhound!
