Welcome
We discovered Silken Windhounds in March, 2004 as we searched for a companion for our 3-year old rescue Greyhound, Lady. By that July, we had purchased Shadow (Allagante Evening Wind) from Allagante Silkens in Oregon. Shadow became a great friend to Lady and to us, and in February, 2006 we brought our second Silken home. Freya (Rubia’s Electric Apogee) came to us from Rubia Hounds in California.
Our Silkens are wonderful friends—they are entertaining, amusing and fun! Whether it is a day at the beach or a weekend of racing, we love sharing our lives with our Silkens and Greyhound!
